I find writing dialogue, especially when the characters are arguing, often quite difficult because I want them to sound like 'them" and not just like grumpy me when I'm overwhelmed, in need of a snack, have lost my car keys and / or phone or in need of a giant cup of tea. Luckily for me, I live with a sassy pint-sized person who often adds soem much needed inspiration to keep Venne sassy like the little fighter she is.
